Arrow RMA, Not Faulty, Stage 5

I returned my second suspected faulty PSU to Scan, and now its shown up in my account RMA section as 'tested' and says "Fault Found: X". Is this saying the power supply didnt exhibit the symptoms I described? Its now since moved on to stage 5 (I asked for credit btw). Can someone from Scan clarifying what is going to happen with this RMA now?

The problem I was experiencing is detailed in this thread. Clearly if the PSU is fine then my XFX 8800 GTX Extreme is potentially at fault instead. In which case I need to RMA that too. I'm getting frustrated now since I made my order back in August and I still haven't had a chance to use this gaming rig at all.

I will add so far the customer service has been excellent, and I've never felt uninformed. I'm just stuck in a cycle of faulty components right now and I'd really appreciate any extra help from Scan getting this resolved, especially with the UT3 Demo out in the wild! So where can we go from here, should I arrange to return my graphics card?

EDIT: Its moved to stage 6 credit authorisation now. I guess I'll try a buying a new PSU first, should help narrow down the problem. Seems like this is a common problem with the OP750.
