Order - change of delivery address required

Hi,

another question for you guys please. Im just placing an order for a few items and am selecting to pay by Switch / Maestro. Thing is it wont let me select my alternate delivery address, which has been the delivery address for every order I've ever placed with Scan in the past, because Im not paying by credit card.

Is it possible to sort this out for me please? If not I'll have to buy elsewhere as nobody is ever in at my home address? (working too hard)

I usually come and collect my gear from you but on the odd occasion Ive been unable to, I've never had a problem getting it sent to the other address (mum's house)

If someone could reply asap please as Im just waiting to click "buy"

If you have a purchase history with us, we can do this, but you would be better to ring sales up to deal with it.

edit:- as for purchase history....... about 9 years, maybe longer. Can I ask why it wont allow an alternate address for Switch / Maestro? My card and alternate address are registered with that Verisign authentication or whatever it is your site uses so that certainly shouldn't be a problem.

Hi Carl,

Just looking at the orders under my account and this order isn't there, In fact none of my previous orders are there except for one back in 2005 .
Im just wanting to check where its at as you replied yesterday, albeit in a different thread I made regarding something else, stating that my items had been shipped out and would be here today.

Could you check this out for me if possible please?

The address was amended as requested, however checking the invoice it is scheduled to be shipped today for delivery tomorrow.

Also the only reply I made yesterday regarding the order was advising that the delivery address had been changed as per your request, as the order was only placed around 4pm it wouldnt have been down for dispatch yesterday for delivery today as the cut off for next day delivery was around 12pm yesterday.

Sorry to invade this thread, but I didn't want to create a new one just for this.

I have just placed an order, but I forgot to put my uni address as the delivery address. Estimated delivery date is Monday, which means it will ship tomorrow, I don't want it to go to my home address!

Shall I PM one of you guys with the order details?

I made a customer service enquiry but I don't know if it will get looked at in time.
