    Positive feedback.

    Well it's all too often we only see people air their negatives comments, after all if you've not experienced any problems you feel less inclined to let people know 'all's ok'.

    That said I thought I would, with the combined Hexus free shipping offer I picked up an AMD 5000+ BE for the best price delivered on the net, it arrived quickly and in good order.

    Because of this shipping offer Scan now has my custom, just ordered a 3870 and will be grabbing an FX AM2+ board soon. The free shipping offer is a massive incentive so thank you.

    I also like the fact this forum allows 'warts n all' so both negative and positive feedback can be aired, in fact poor feedback can be healthy if answered in a timely and customer focused fashion - again something this forum allows Scan to do.

    I would also like to use this thread to chime in with my own feedback.

    From a purely consumer point of view who generally buys according to final delivery price (ie absolutely zip all loyalty), Scan have done a brilliant job with pricing strategy, flexible delivery and flexible payment.

    Scan is my first port of call whenever I am after anything, because I know their service and pricing is hard to beat. You could say, I am becoming a loyal Scan customer!!!

    Also their RMA process is automated, never having been through the process before so was a pleasant surprise to find an email that product tested, found faulty awaiting credit/replacement. All within 5 calendar days (shipping it back inclusive). As someone else here said, Scan has a very slick RMA process. I concur.

    I guess we all moan now at Scan because of the high standards they have given us and we have been spoiled somewhat (speaking from personal point of view here).

    Congrats on Scan for a job well done so far, I hope we can expect bigger and better things

    Hi!
    I m waiting for my RMA to be send back to me ,the Scan website site give you all the info you need ,at least i can go to work tomorrow because it's still hasn't been dispached and won't wast a day off (fingers crossed)
