After checking my emails to receive a Delayed Order Notification, I popped on to the scan site to make sure it was just volume in the warehouse and something hadn't gone out of stock, and what greeted me on the home page:
After spending £25 on Saturday delivery for last weekend then having to RMA a PSU (which should've arrived today but isn't on the system yet...) then rushing to order another one to be here before the next weekend which has now been delayed, I'm sat ~£83 out of pocked (~£25 postage wasted, ~£50 dead PSU and ~£8 return postage) and being told Mr Frosty managed to buy stuff and them be ordered without delay...
I wasn't going to say anything before I saw the ad, but it just seemed to hit a nerve. This is the last weekend before Christmas I'm not that busy so I'm not going to be able to get my rig sorted out properly until mid January now which is a real shame. I know there's nothing that can be done and I've never had trouble with Scan before (only City Link) but it just seemed to be rubbing it in my face that Mr Frosty was having such a great time. Such is life.
