Gigabyte GA P35-DS4 - revision

This is now back in stock but the rev isn't shown.
The technical spec (as previously advised) doesn't match any of the revisions.
Is this a rev 2 or a rev 1.1
The difference is in the back panel which doesn't match either model.

Scan have accepted the RMA but the chap I spoke to seemed to think that this was _MY_ fault for picking the wrong card and picture where for illustrative purposes only?!?!!

I am not in too much of a rush as I won't be ordering my new system until the cooler running 8800Gt cards are in stock

As this card has just come back into stock can Scan confirm the following
Is it a rev 2 card as shown in the picture on the Scan site.
Does it have 4 USB ports on the rear panel (Scan spec) or 8 USB ports (Gigabyte spec) as per the picture above

The revision would be shown the on the packaging itself

As the information is on the packaging would it be possible to check what some of your stock says.
Also can you address the discrepancy between your spec and the Gigabyte spec

We would be unable to guarantee the revision of the board received as we have mixed stock

The spec of course I can check for you shortly and will update the web site accordingly.

I think this will be a bit more difficult than you indicate.
Unusually the changes from the rev 1.1 to rev 2 are not cosmetic but involve a major change to the back panel as shown in my pictures. If indeed you have mixed stock then the technical spec would be different for each of them..
Given that the rev 2 board was available in September and that you have just received new stock I would be very surprised if you are still getting rev 1.1 boards.

Spec has been updated to rev 2 - thanks.
A word of warning - if you are still shipping rev 1.1 then the spec is completely wrong as that only has 4 usb ports plus a parallel and a serial port
