I was away on business as a last minute thing (oops) when my order was supposed to be delivered. I missed the delivery attempts so you issued an RMA. I think that's fair enough and sorry for the problem (yes it's all my fault ), the order has been returned by the delivery co. and the RMA is listed as Completed in my account in scan, but that status was changed a couple of weeks ago (03/12/07) and I'm still yet to receive the funds.
