RMA refund still not received

hi,

Could someone tell me when my refund will be processed as i RMA'd my motherboard last week and it was found to be faulty, i got an email telling me i was getting a refund but i cant check the real time status in the returns tracking or RMA history as it tells me that my RMA cant be found, i just want to know when my refund will be processed so i can order another motherboard, i will PM the RMA and invoice number.

Your experience may have been down to the maintainence work being carried out on the Scan servers (sticky at top of the forum). Should all be fine now though, so if you still can't see it give the thread a bump

thanks for the reply dave but still no joy, still tells me RMA not found. Please verify the contents of the form and try again, i phoned on monday and told scan about it but still hasn't been fixed.

Even though i was told on monday my refund would be in the bank sometime this week on the phone, but at least it's definetly sorted now. (i hope)
