    No delivery, no card, no response from number

    Can someone from Scan please get in contact with their courier and sort out my order please. Thanks.

    Seems it was Citylink's usual antics. It would be nice if someone at Scan could inform them people dont like to sit around all day long for a package to arrive and for them not to even bother showing up on the day it's scheduled for.

    City Link attempted delivery on the Requested Delivery date requested.. As we have already confirmed your address with you as correct we can only come to the conclusions that City Link did attempt delivery or that City Link are lying and did not attempt delivery.

    If you would like me to escalate this issue as you believe it to be the latter I can do so but as confirmed City Link will re-attempt delivery tomorrow.
