    PSU RMA advice

I have just recd a coolermaster M700 psu from scan. Installed it today and fans spin up for a second and then nothing tried just plugging in atx and cpu connector but still the same. plugged in my old psu and everythings ok. So I tried again to be sure exactly the same. Again old psu is fine. So I need to RMA this but am i expected to get the cost for sending it back as its faulty?

    Thanks

    Re: PSU RMA advice

I've had something simular with a new corsair hx520w recently.

    Following happens
Contact scan and get them to give you an RMA number, they'll arrange for city to collect from your address, they'll then test it, if it's found to be faulty then a new one will be shipped to you at no charge.
If it's found not to be faulty then they'll charge you.

EDIT: esp true if still winthin the first 1 week as it's in the DOA catagory
