    Great service AGAIN

    Sorry if it upsets people who had genuine problems but yet again I placed an order was prepared yesterday all E mails on progress were received as usual then again at 9.30 AM today City Link were at my front door, honestly I could set my watch to within 30mins of when City Link delivers, I fully understand why Scan use them.

    I had posted before about the same subject but with all the negative posts I thougt I want to show the positives.

    Maybe if there are problems it might be useful to ring City Link for your area, alternatively if you move to South Derbyshire City Link is superb.

    all depends on how near you live to the nearest depot, City Link usually deliver after 11pm for me, no complaints with their service either.

    I have a Royal Mail depot about 10mins walk, as a consequence i have had early as 8am delivery from them :S

    I think the problem is that not enough people say "Hey, great service" so all you ever see on here are the problems that do crop up.

    I've had really good service from scan over the years, bar a few delayed orders and out of stock problems, but I know they're working hard to resolve these glitches.

    Keep up the good work guys, it is appreciated.

    I agree, you will always see more negative feedback (as we have all seen) compared to the positive! Hence Chris's comment below!

    I don't listen to the negative posts... you guys have always been there for me and the service has been great. Yeah, I have received delayed emails, hasn't everyone... but that's life I am afraid. Nothing is perfect... apart from me!

    It's a strange old world, how badly moaning can upset the applecart, it's like people who get into ruts and keep moaning for habit they don't know they're doing it, "I know because I used to do it" then I met someone who said after everything bad happened "it doesn't matter" I had to question him he replied "just keep going forward don't let the little bits slow you down" that was 7 years ago he's now a multi millionaire and has earned it no lottery wins. He taught me a valuble lesson people don't make mistakes on purpose so forgive and go forward. I thought it's plainly obvious your guys at Scan really do care so why not give credit when it's due, makes everyone feel better at the same time.

    Despite recent complaints (not from me!) about scans service here I decided to put yet another order in (Silverstone 1kw). Product arrived on time as promised, well packaged as per usual.

    I can sympathise with those who do have problems but when problems do occur I have found scan to be more than helpful in resolving any issues which is more than can be said for other e-tailors.
