    Standard clause in OLQ reply

Is this normal as it seems a bit odd in an official reply from Scan

Re: Standard clause in OLQ reply

I would think it is insurance against any of their employees who decide they want to start doing stupid things e.g. telling lots of people they can have free stuff or sending a vulgar message. If you are wondering why would an employee do such a thing, then perhaps they are in someway upset with their employer etc. you would be surprised what some people will do!

I think it's also a standard thing with pretty much any business that deals with emails, you see that kind of thing at the bottom of emails all the time.

Then there are the e-mails that say you must not read them if they're not intended for you!
If that's the case, don't bolody well send it to me!
