    Scan Account Problems...

Well after xmas i tried logging into my usual scan account. It appears to be non-existent now, ok so i created a new account no problems there.

Now if i go to add my hexus details to my new Scan account it will not register giving the error -
    Code:
"Your HEXUS account was not found.
Please try again, ensuring your details are entered correctly"
The details are correct i have checked multiple times... I am not sure if my old (appearing removed) account is still linked to my Hexus ID.. I would like to get this sorted as i hoped to do a reasonable order of £100 on Friday, however postage was added and since the order is multiple heavy items the postage soon clocked up £20.

Any help would be appreciated. The account was linked to this HEXUS ID (CrazyMonkey - 18972) however my new account will not accept these details.#

    Thank you

    Re: Scan Account Problems...

PM me your full name and postal code and I'll check into this on Monday now.

I expect you've done the same thing that loads of people have which is the main cause of the problem and this is ammending the account details to reflect your parents, friends, girl-friends, dogs or cats name and totally forgotten about this.

I've noticed this is becoming common now and is causing a few headaches recently.

    Re: Scan Account Problems...

As I thought, the account name was changed to reflect the use of another persons card.

However, you have changed it back to the original name and appear to have forgotten about doing this as your trying to login using the other name.

The account is fine - just login using the name I PM'ed to you and you should be fine.

    Best Regards,
