Accounts - Phone vs. Internet orders

Hiya, if we ordered over the phone is it possible to log onto the account and see its status online too?

I have a usual Scan internet account, which I've used many times, but my last order was via the phone and Lee seemingly had to create a whole new account just for the phone order?

I'm just thinking in terms of RMAing if I need to. Would I have to ring up to RMA something, seeing as the order was made over the phone and not via my general internet account?

Is there no way to merge phone orders and internet orders together?

The two accounting systems are different. At the present time you cannot view telephone orders online. (This may change in the future).

For RMA purposes - there is no problem... either ring or log online .. with the relevant invoice numbers.
