    Faulty Sharkoon Gamer Rush Mouse??

    Hello Scan

I've been very impressed by your quick delivery service and now unfortunatly i need to ask a few questions on returns.

I bought this mouse on the 12th of april.

Since plugging it in the buttons have felt some what clunky (not offending a poster on here), but other than that the feel was great... just after a week of trying to get used to in FPS games i've finaly come to the conclusion that this mouse is either faulty or has a major design flaw.

If i get a pistol out in CSS and start spamming my fire button i will spam shot in game.... but with this mouse i will fire twice.. stop... fire mabye once.. stop. After comparing between this mouse, a creative mouse and the stock micorsoft mouse i know that there is something wrong with it. It seems that my mouse will not accept fast clicking or the damn think was doa without me noticing. Am i entitled to store credit, or do i have to replace this mouse for another of the same model?

I would like a return but I'm rarther new at this and i have never gone through with a return before. , Also luckily i'm a very paranoid person, so i kept the everything in good shape, and its now reboxed as new.

Did you read any of the reviews for this mouse?
The reviewers dont like it either........rubbish buttons and unmoveable scroll wheel to name but two.

I doesnt sound like its faulty and if thats proved to be the case, it will cost you more in returns than the mouse is worth. Its a cheapo after all.

If you need a cheap spare gaming mouse look at the Wolfking.

Scan gave it 3/3 and I did read some reviews, but this review mainly put me at rest when i decided to buy it. If a mouse can accept clicks then theres got to be something wrong with it. I'm not just talking in games either, i mean in windows aswell....

I'd like to hear scans opinion

Oh yeah and another thing i forget to mention, I've been getting the blue screen of death for the last few days, and now that i've gone back to my old mouse... its stopped... this is realy weird...

    Dr Cool.

Please be aware that Monday mornings are generally busy due to a large influx of calls because of being closed over the weekend. As such this takes all our attention until later on in the morning.

If you feel the mouse is faulty - simply fill in a RMA request Here and the returns team will be able to assist you further.

    Best Regards,
