Placed an order for two systems on 20 April and there has been no progress to date.

I have tried to contact Philip P. on a couple of occasions for an update without success.

Can someone advise when I can expect to receive my orders?

I can see regular update E-mails sent through your OLQ - I have re-sent the original E-mail sent by Philip on the 23/04 confirming the ETA date for you ( You also replied ? )

Yes, I have received this email that suggests that the system build will commence today.

However when I logon to see progress, system build is stuck at 'awaiting parts', hence my concern.

Its still showing 'awaiting parts'.

Philip emailed me yesterday advising that my preferred sound card was out of stock and I replied suggesting a possible replacement, but he hasnt confirmed that my suggested replacement is in stock. Is there a problem?
