3XS System Support Query Recieved?

I sent a very important 3XS System Support Query yesterday as my PC is now useless.

It was Query Number: OLQ498474

The only reason I ask was because I did not recieve any confirmation e-mail like I use to when I sent a query.

I was worried they had not recieved it.

My 3XS System which was working beautifuly can now no longer be used Just a big ornament.
