I ordered a 3XS system on 27th March. The initial desptach date was given as 8th April. This seemed unlikely as that was the Sunday of Easter weekend!
I was told that someone would contact me with the Build Number. This didnt happen and I only received it when I called to change the delivery address. It was during this phone call that I was also given a revised despatch date of 14th April.
I noticed that my order has been sitting at "Awaiting Parts" for the last week. I duely raised a support note last week (OLQ*edited*) and said I was happy to change the brand of graphics card if that was the hold up. (Leadtech 8800GTX's show as out of stock)
I didnt recieve any reply to this. I raised another note asking if someone could advise if the change would allow the build to stay on schedule for despatch this Friday. Again, no reply.
Im a bit dissapointed at the lack of communication from SCAN. After all, you openly state that you are not the cheapest supplier but you do pride yourself on customer service. It was for this very reason I placed the order with you instead of a cheaper competitor.
Could someone advise on the status of my order and its scheduled despatch date please?
