Icemat Siberia Headset

My friend purchased the above from scan approximately 10 months ago.

The mic has ceased to work as a wire is loose.

Is it possible to get the mic only from the above as a replacement.

We have the invoice (Invoice No. removed for security ) dated 03/08/2007 showing the purchase.

The headset is fine except for the mic.

Can you help?

Actually 10 months ago thet WERE called ICEMAT Siberia's

Steelseries released them under that name and have only just re-named them under their own brand.

And, yes, the invoice is a scan invoice
