I received an email on the 31st July to say my RMA had been sorted and the refund authorised. I'm still waiting for the refund. Can Scan please tell me why you seem to take 5x longer than anyone else I deal with to issue refunds??? Would it be ok if I ordered items and paid Scan a week later?
Also I gave Scan another chance after my Maxtor fiasco (long story) and placed another order. Unfortunately it's being delivered today 3 days late as I was told first the hard drive was out of stock (was in stock when I placed my order) then I was promised for a Thursday delivery and that never happened as I was told the mini SD card wasn't in stock (shows as being in stock still). I removed the mini SD card and card reader and I've been charged for the lot. Can I please be refunded for that as well.
I'm not trying to be a pain but this is really poor. Please let me know who to pm with details.
