Hi,plus those that when tested thoroughly are found OK(thats if makers are right,when they say most returned HDD's are not faulty?),or just a bit noisy etc?

Update.

Recieved a replacement drive yesterday which seems to be working great. We got there in the end.

I would just like to thank the Scan people for sorting this matter out. I'm now a happy chappy
