    Antec P182 case part broken

Sorry Scan I know this isnt your fault

I got a P182 case off you in September 08. The part that connects to the front of the case and side which has slits in it broke. I emailed Antec European/Middle East web site and asked if I could get a replacement

A few days later I get a reply. Despite telling them where I am from I get a silly reply, its almost laughable

Any idea where I can get a spare? Thanks

Please contact our main distributor in Australia, Altech Computer, and request for warranty service: Altech Computer E-mail: syd_techsup@altech.com.au Home Page: www.altech.com.au Best regards, Jeff Smith Antec Customer Support

    Are you Australian LOL....!

This MAY BE one of the known but uncommon problems mentioned in the 3rd para...
    http://www.silentpcreview.com/article741-page3.html

The P180 side panels also had plastic tabs that some people broken accidentally, then complained bitterly about, but this was not as widespread a problem. The P182 side panels have the same plastic tabs. It does seem possible to break them by trying to force the panels closed incorrectly or through very rough handling, but requires seriously ham-handed effort.

Not that I am saying you are "ham-handed" LOL
I am sure some one from SCAN will be able to sort you out, perhaps if you attach a pic that would help.
