Was on the phone to the RMA guys and he said that my RMA replacement order should be processed and sent today for delivery tomorrow. Before he could say anything else my phone gave me a network rejected error (had a poor signal) so it was not me being rude and cutting him off fast it was the mobiles fault. Did not want to call up again since its quite pricey on a mobile
