    *Sighs*
Can't seem to get one of these anywhere, even the Americans on hardware boards are at a loss.
They should really release the cards before people stop giving a crap about them. If they don't hurry up, people will just end up getting 4890s or whatever.

It seems that Palit's sister company Gainward are releasing the same card, just with different colours and such. Gainward cards are available in good numbers in the U.K, so hopefully one of the two gets their ass in gear.

    Re: Palit's 2GB GTX 285

I don't think 2Gb will be as much use on this, maybe the GTX295 would have been better suited for 2gb of true memory (4gb total), I would think they are rare too

    Re: Palit's 2GB GTX 285

I'm only really interested in such a large amount of VRAM for mods, like the texture mods for Crysis, Oblivion, and Fallout 3. Plus GTAIV, which seems to chomp on CPU power and VRAM.

Although it remains to be seen if the GPU itself can make the most of the VRAM it will have available to it. If not, I may just get two normal 285s in SLI.
