Had no email contact since Monday, whereby I was informed:
"Current status of your RMA: Awaiting Replacement / Credit
We can confirm your returned goods have now been tested by our technicians."
At the same time the online tracker page had a tick mark next to "Awaiting replacement / credit", however i've just been on the tracker page again and now it's showing up as "Completed".
Confusion being, i've had no notification of dispatch, delivery details or anything. I've no idea when to expect this back or even if I should? What does completed mean, should I have it back already?
Is there anyone I can PM with the RMA number that can provide any more detail about what's happening?
