The worst RMA service, Hiper PSU. Help...

I brought a Hiper type-r 530w PSU about 2 years ago.
It gone flauty last week and im trying to contact hiper. no response at all. send a few emails. no reply at all. their online rma service webpage is a dead link. LINK "hipergroup.com/rma"
What should i do? Help....

and be aware ppl, this is the worst serivce i ever seen, if you are buying one of these PSU. think twice before you buy.

Indeed they have gone out of business now, obviously they will not be offering any further warranty support.

After having my second (warranty replacement) Hiper PSU recently go out in a blaze of glory, I'm kind of glad they've gone out of business.

Fingers crossed that my new replacement Corsair wont provide such spectacular pyrotechnics...

I had a Hiper 580 watt PSU blow itself up within 3 months. Since then I've had a Tagan 580 watt and OCZ 780 watt, both of which are a lot more reliable.
