Pay Pal Issues

Hi Guys,

I tried to use paypal to pay for an order and it didnt work. Its not a big deal i managed to sort out the order by phoning customer service and paying by card but this is the second time this has happened so i thought i should flag it up.

What didn't work exactly?
There's a fake Paypal email doing the rounds at the moment.

it just failed, it wasnt very specific about why it didnt work it just seemed to brush me off and throw me back to the scan website which said the payment was pending authorisation... which obviously failed. I had used paypal on Kustom PC without a problem an hour or so earlier so im hesitant to say i could have done anything wrong.

Sorry Chris P, didn't see that this was in the SCAN.care forum. Just thought I would mention the scam emails going around just incase as it seems it's gotten to a large number of people.
