Might be better to ask on the Scan site - I queried the in-stock date of some memory late last night and have already had a reply from them
click Support Info at the bottom of the Scan screen, then choose Sales on the left hand side and there's a form to fill in.

Must say I'm impressed how quickly they answered :-)
