    Order problem urgent reply req. pls, No delay this time like prv. order!!!

    Hello,

    I just placed an order (removed) details are below.

    But after I enter my secure-code your site give some error I waited for some time then I refresh the page and I got the order confirm page.

    But still no email.

    Can you please check and process my order ASAP.

    Is it possible you can deliver on 1st I tried to select that date but there was error again on site.

    I am ready to pay £8.99 as it showed on page.

    Please update me ASAP and call me for order confirmation.

    You cannot select the 1st Jan 2011 as a delivery date as it is a public holiday and as such the courier service are not operating on this day. The next delivery dates are going to be as follows ;

    Carriage Product: 1 - Next Day
    Requested Delivery Date: 04/01/2011

    Emails regarding the order start to be dispatched once we are in the office and processing the data. As such, you should start to get updates regarding the order shortly. If you do not recieve any updates to your email address by say 11am this morning, then please contact our customer services team for further assistance.

    You said it will deliver to me on 4th and now I received following email

    "Your order was completed on the 31st December but to late in the day to be picked up by DPD i am afraid.
    This has been shipped today and should be with you tomorrow."


    What a shame! I lost my faith in SCAN "good" service!

    I haven't used Scan that much, but when I have, their service has been great!

    I wouldn't normally chip in on somebody else's thread, but I think you're way out of order. You've placed an order on the last day of the year, when Scan will still be working through orders placed during the Christmas break, and are angry at the fact that the courier didn't pick your parcel up on time.

    Given the fact that most couriers are clearing backlogs caused by the weather, I'd say getting your order by tomorrow is damn good service.

    Well i don't normally join in to others threads either, but raheelqureshi you are not being fair or reasonable.
    I'm sorry that you aren't happy with the service so far (I'm not a Scan employee so I'm not apologising on their behalf, I'm simply sorry about what has happened) but you need to post with some fairness and respect for others please.

    Well I am quite reasonable after I was promised on phone and mentioned on Lee's reply that I will get my items on 4th (today)!

    So if you promise anything you should make sure you'll deliver it...

    And after your replies I am feeling like I am watched by CIA/FBI no free speech!

    I express my opinion so what is the problem?

    and my question/reply was for Lee not for others users...


    Anyway I will not check/reply this page again and will wait for tomorrow.

    May I remind everyone of the HEXUS rules?

    In this case I'd suggest treating others with the respect that you would want to receive, and as such I would suggest Raheel that you take a step back and reread your posts. Understandably you are irritated but rude/attacking posts will not be tolerated here or anywhere else on the forum.

    Also I would like to remind everyone this particular section is designed for efficient communication between Scan and the Customer - particularly when issues have arisen. So as well intentioned as those posts are, please refrain as it can cloud the issue/question at hand.

    Due to a volume of order's your order was unfortunately delayed. The dates given for delivery are given as estimated and requested and not confirmed as a guarantee.

    The DPD tracking page should have updated by now, if not later today.

    Can any SCAN tech/sales rep. tell me is Sandy Bridge better then i7 980EE because I read couple of forums but ppl are still confused... incluing me

    And any news on X68
