Intel Original Heat Sink Fan for Socket 1366 Core i7-900 Extreme CPU OEM

Okay, my situation:

At this moment in time I have a Intel i7 950. The stock fan that came with it performs not as I hoped for due to the fact of rather high CPU temps especially while playing games (when playing Bad Company 2 temps reach mid 80s degrees).

I recently came across an official Intel heat sink fan for the Intel i7 900-extreme range on scan.co.uk which seems rather cheap.

Will this be compatible with my i7 950 CPU?

PS - Using Arctic Silver 5 thermal compound with i7 950 stock heat sink fan.

If it helps any i have this heatsink on an evga x58 with an i7 940 CPU, works great too.
