Reading on your news page it look like us customer who allready have brought these mobo haveing to wait until April/May until we getting them replaced.
Reading on the Statment from MSI
    How to get support
    We want you to have a MSI product which you can trust and rely on. This is why we have 2 choices for your purchased Intel 6 series based MSI products;

    Product swap
If you are confident and willing to wait we can swap your current Intel 6 series based product in a brand new MSI product which is based on the new B3 stepping of the Intel 6 series which solves the current SATA2 port issues. If you have an MSI 6 series mainboard you can – for the short term - connect your storage devices to the safe white SATA3 ports on your mainboard with no detrimental effect, for more detailed instructions please click here.

This MSI product you get swapped will have similar or better specs. These new MSI products will become available in April and this way you are free to keep using your current system until a replacement is available. This way we can ensure the smoothest possible transition, and the least downtime for your PC. You can identify the new products by a clear sticker on the colour box. We will release details about this procedure before the end of February. If you would like to be contacted via email as soon as more information on this service is available in the UK, then please fill in the contact form below:

    Email address:
    Product return
If you are not able to wait for MSI swap service for your Intel 6 series product, MSI offers you the possibility to return the product to your point of purchase which will credit you. Please make sure to back-up your personal data.

    Note: UK 20% off promotion
MSI is still honouring valid claims for the VAT back launch programme in January, however any customer wishing to return a product for refund will be exempt from their cashback claim. For clarification in this please contact us on 0208-5690658 (Mon-Fri, 9.30-17.00) or email uksbsupport@msi.com.

For customers outside of the UK please visit the EU information page at: msi.eu/intel-6-series-chipset-issue for links to information from your local region

Re: MSI P67 MotherBoards ReCall !!

Why does everyone feel the need to get a replacement ASAP? Your looking a few months max, the board is not going to melt and die in that time.

If you do go down the RMA credit note route you will be paying more for a new board and they currently cost more. Not to mention if you purchased through a today only bundle your looking at returning everything.

Sorry you wrong, The price i paid on launch day was higher than it is now. I just fell Very let down that they starting selling the New Rev B3 Boards without sorting out us people, how got afected boards out first! To me thats not a very good Customer Service. But in my eyes just a way making money on new Customer and let us who allready have a mobo wait what look like April/May.
With the board i got i running out off Sata Ports so thats why i would like to move on. I do not want to have go out and buy a extra card to gain more sata ports.
I would like to turn up at shop with This and being able to swap out for a new one and being given a credit note so i could buy a dif Make. Don't think that to much to ask for

@ Merson - I bought an p67 Asus motherboard approximately one week before the chipset issue was announced.
I have yet to built my system.
Are you suggesting to wait till May before I can get a replacement when SCAN have B3 boards already in stock?
    That is ludicrous!

I do actually think you have a point as they should swap out any faulty motherboard for the new B3 motherboard and not classify it as a different motherboard. It also annoys me that the new motherboards are more expensive (basically to claw back money lost from the faulty motherboard issue). Think retailers should offer a like for like swap but I do think they should be given time to do this. As pointed out your motherboard isn't going to melt in the next month or so.
