    Very disappointed SCAN RMA service

    Hi,
Last month my MB ASUS P8P67 PRO (RMA 274171) stopped working, I sent it along with CPU 2500K for RMA and due to very slow RMA process it took exactly 1 month and finally I received my parts back yesterday. After assembling everything back, booted up system, POST fine, but in windows as I try to open browser, got BSOD(0x00000101), try so many times, same issue, try to play video same result. Installed fresh windows and latest drivers, same issue. Took out MB from case and reinstalled CPU and cooler, checked with 1 RAM in every bank, and even changed VGA. Checked with fewer parts possible but every time BSOD on CPU intensive task.
I am very much surprised that why scan sent me malfunctioning Motherboard/CPU after 1 month, why scan did not even bother to check before sending me back. Definably either MB is not repaired properly or CPU got some damage because of malfunctioning Motherboard earlier.
Now I am totally out of my mind, I have waited for 1 month and if ask for another RMA. So I have to wait for another 1 month? That’s really unacceptable; I put a lot of money on PC and just recently bought EVGA 670 FTW from SCAN and can’t use PC or play games.
I want to request SCAN to provide me a quick alternative solution.
    Regards

Make sure all your drivers are up to date, not only motherboard and graphics card, but any network adapters, sound cards e.t.c. Also, is your power supply adequate?

Re: Very disappointed SCAN RMA service

Download latest driver from ASUS on my laptop and then installed on PC, When last month PC stoped working i also sent back my PSU ANTEC 650W New Moulder to Overclockers, and they find PSU 100% fine. i have checked VGA with old, new and even without drivers, but always get stuck when try to use internet or play some video. When try to use prime or Pi for CPU testing, these applications always stop working within 2 seconds.

Re: Very disappointed SCAN RMA service

I have noticed that SCAN staff answer on other posts with product query etc instantly, why they are not giving any kind of response on my serious matter. After spending a lot of cash and waiting for a long time with SCAN why they want to keep me in complete dark?
