AHHHH Problem

i was looking around on the bios and clicked on "Load Optimised Defaults" by accident now pc wont start it starts then says "disk read error" i have the scan overclocked system please help.

i seem to remember solving that problem a few years back on an old IBM machine, i cant remeber what i did but i think in the bios somewhere there is a setting which says "HALT ON ALL ERROS" YOU NEED TO CHANGE THIS TO "HALT ON NO ERRORS"

i think that may the problem here
