    RE: rma 106617 (recvd damaged vid card)

    sorry to bring it to the forums but i could do with getting this sorted as i need the money back.

    anyway last week i thought it had been arranged that the vid card would be picked up ,id emailed you my details as requested and said pick it up last week, but last week came and went but no 1 came to pick up the card and no 1 has replied to my emails regarding it, im guessing its because your still quite busy tho.

    anyway ive just reread the email and it says the rma number will expire tomorrow

    so basically what happens now?

    If you get the card boxed and if possible sellotape a piece of paper to the box with the RMA number then returns will know what its for

    ok i have just checked the online rma progress thingy and at the status bit as below it says rejected at the end, has something gone wrong here?
