Lack of display using A8N SLi Deluxe 2 x XFX 6600Gt's

    Hi All,

(NOTE)Spoke to tech about this already, just wondering if anyone else had any ideas

I am getting dispay errors, well I actually mean a lack of display.

Last night got it up and running windows, drivers, updates etc. Upgraded bios to 1003. Seemed ok, had a couple of BSOD'd before i installed 71.25's. Ok after that. Went to bed, took PC to work plugged it in.....no display on monitor. Its in windows because if i wait a while then hit "windows-U-U" Pc shuts down.
Brought it back home still no display. Checked to make sure GFX cards are sat ok.

    Still no luck.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

have you tried 1 card at a time to see if there is any issue with each card ?

Another reason could be the SLI connection might have slipped in transit ( I've seen your driving remember ) thats why theres that "L" bracket to keep the bridge secure in the box.

Lastly - which port is the monitor connected to on the "top" PCI-E card and have you tried the other connection.

Let me know if any of these work - or not and I'll have a think and see if I can think of anymore issues that may cause this to occur.

    Best Regards,
