Delivery Options?

When I add an item to my basket, the only delivery options are normal delivery and collection. Do Scan no longer offer a Saturday delivery service / before 12pm service?

The Saturday option apears only on a friday,

Yes but give it untill about 9:30am

The best thing to do is to ring the sales line and they will be able to manually override the system and setup the order for "saturday" delivery.

can the 'today only' deals be ordered over the phone as well or are they web only deals

P.S. Are you going to be sorting this problem out guys as according to your website these are the delivery options:

1. Standard 9am-5.30pm working day delivery (Estimated Despatch Date from Scan)
2. Saturday Pre12pm delivery (Guaranteed Despatch Date from Scan)
3. Pre 12pm working day delivery (Guaranteed Despatch Date from Scan)
4. Pre 10.30am working day delivery (Guaranteed Despatch Date from Scan)
5. Pre 9am working day delivery (Guaranteed Despatch Date from Scan)
6. Afternoon (12pm-5.30pm) working day delivery (Guaranteed Despatch Date from Scan)

but only 1. is available

All the delivery options are also available over the phone.
