I have Returned a motherboard and cpu to scan, after lots of problem with the combination , the return was accepted and products were found to be faulty, scans policy is that if the products are found faulty i would get a replacement product of the same type, if the products are in stock, or as i had been told when i called up more than once..i will be given alternative product of the same value. well since my rma has been approved i recieved an e-mail sayin that my order will be dispatched by 13th, its now the 15th and had no follow up e-mail or telephone telling me to about any delays ( not what your hold message keeps repeating about getting notified asap), i checked the site which has been showing my motherboard was instock and when i returned the item it was now out of stock, i was angry at this moment and i spent 20 minutes on the phone holding, and when i finaly get through i get told that my motherboard is out of stock and has been reordered by scan and i have no choice but to wait till they get( could be anytime and i need my pc for important uni work) and they have no estimate...(the guy said maybe next week). so much for customer care and other policies you keep advertersing.
its not really fair...its not fault the products went bad.
btw if any scan guys ask ...my rma number is 115524
