    Awaiting Credit Authorisation

    Hi,

I returned a faulty r9800pro which has been received, checked but seems to have got stuck on "Credit authorisation".

The rma number is 116335, and the invoice number is E522952. I requested my money back instead of a replacement.

My mum ordered it for me using her credit card (her credit card being safe than my solo debit card). However for the rma process, I put down my own name (Peter),

Was just wondering if this is causing a problem as I have realised the rma process has been stuck on "6. Credit authorisation" for a while now.

Apologies if it's just a case of waiting, just thought I'd make sure the name thing wasn't causing any problems.

    Thanks

Thanks for the quick reply. Nice to know there's a company out there who looks after their customers.
