Was about to post here for a friend's system I'm getting for him. Scan's website appears to have a few problems at the moment - can't view my basket

Interestingly, I thought I'd have a quick look on today only to see if any of the parts I wanted were on special offer. Turned out to be the case for one, but why are some products on "Today Only" more expensive than normal Scan prices? I thought it was meant to be the other way around

Will post my parts list once I can view my basket, currently getting a:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e31'
    [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Timeout expired

PM me the details - and i'll check into that... it could just be a sudden price change on new stock which hasnt been updated elsewhere yet.

This happens if the item is bundled with something i.e a Processor and a USB pendrive for example.

It was one item - due to a slight price drop on an item - and it's been sorted now...

I made a large(ish) order of £225 last week, and Scan's free delivery made them the cheapest online for what I wanted

Just ordered a £40 case, but if all goes well I will be ordering from scan alot more in the future. I am very impressed at the speed my order has gone through the stages, ebuyer take 3 or 4 days from order to shipping, with scan I ordered at 10:00pm and 12 noon the next day it's been shipped!

Good job guys, you've got yourself a customer

3 orders in the last month for me; £53, £130, £350 - building computers for friends and family....

For the last year i've been playing around with microdirect and ebuyer.... trying to save £1 here and there....but after it took me 7 months to rma a faulty shuttle to MD and after it took ebuyer 2 months to ship me a £10.99 kvm.... i've come back home to SCAN. It was you guys i bought the bits for my first computer from - six years ago if memory serves!

And as a thankyou to you guys, this week i made my boss sign up to an account with scan and he ordered £300 quid of nero disks and usb drives. No free shipping, but he doesnt deserve it

He was VERY Impressed - we ordered at 3pm - turns up next day at 10am - amazing for a new account guys...thanks for making me look like a smartass

Just bought a Silverstone SG01 (black) sugo case. Then realised I wanted a better cooler than my stock AMD one, so ordered the NT03 silverstone cooler aswell in a seperate order.

The cooler has been sent but the sugo hasnt, I sure hope I get it by tomorrow.
    I'm not in on Friday

£200 odd in total. Thanks Scan Rather you guys had my money than some other certain retailers
