I have checked the invoice and it looks like the following are currently out of stock:

    580W PSU
    Memory
    Hard Drive

If you can contact our customer services department and get the items changed to alternatives they can ensure that the order goes today.

you dont have an alternative to the memory. Pretty disapointed as everything said it was in stock.

120GB hard disk and microphone. ~£53 This free postage makes scan my first choice for the £50 - £150 price range.

I've been dealing with scan for years tho. Even had an instance in 1998 where i visited the site as i had a phoned and asked about support for a cyrix 200mmx chip in a supermicro motherboard. While it did work it was flakey as hell. Scan swapped it out for a intel 200 mmx for free. As it was on their advice i got the 200mmx. Was some £50 difference.

    A lot when i was 17.

My intel rig was all purchased from Scan too. Some £1k+ but that was 18 months ago

great service by scan, i got a call about 10 mins ago saying everything was in stock apart from the hard disk, if i changed it, it would be shipped out for delivery tomorrow. I changed it to a maxtor, same price as the samsung, but 16mb cache, and got them to change my mobo price which had gone deal of the day.

Its service like that, that puts a smile on your face. (well will be if it all turns up )
