US Robotics PCI wireless card

I purchased one of these a little over 12 mths ago and first question what was/is the warranty period as mine has thrown a wobbly. I do all that I have done many times ie load software then insert card and all is ok for maybe an hour then its just as if its not there. I get the message card not found. This has now happended 3 time in 3 days the last 2 times the internet was not even being accessed when it went from ok to card not being found. Ive tried different PCI slots, cleaning the contacts and am about to bin it! Any other solution gratefully received.
