    no need to,

if your talking about your enermax psu which I'm unsure if it's modular then take a look here

Computer hardware and software at amazing prices, available online from Scan Computers UK

    As for Coolermaster ones

Tolon I think you'll like this

    Cooler Master Parts Shop

Theres the 8 pin connectors there and it's £3.50 each and £3 postage.

I know it's rude to post other shop's links but Scan don't sell Coolermaster ones so it's just helping out. Would be nice if they did start selling it though

But if you guys are talking/seconding a PCI-E 6 Pin to 8 Pin Converter then I'm not sure if that would work.

    Thanks moogle.

Unfortunately, my psu is not modular.
I'm using a 6pin pcie with my gpu and works fine. The 8pin PCIe is more a want than a need.

PS 1st time I've seen the Coolermaster shop. Looks good.

    ahhh,

you'll be wanting one of these

6-Pin PCI Express to 8-Pin PCI Express 2 Adapter Cable - Sleeved Products Model: PCIE-PCIE2 [PCIE-PCIE2] : Performance-PCs.com, ... sleeve it and they will come

I never knew they could be converted but looks like they can. Would be nice if Scan had them I'd agree.

    More Modding stuff!
At the moment, if i'm wanting to mod my PC, i'm going to end up having to go to another etailer as there just isn't enough stuff on your site for the budding modder in my opinion.
Maybe outside of your normal realm of stuff but I think you could do with:
UV paints; spray paints; acrylic; mesh; cable management stuff; modding kits etc.
Maybe one manufacturer in particular - ACRYAN, which i've yet to use but am interested in getting some stuff of theirs (particularily hex mesh and the UV reactive acrylic), but i'm less than confident about the etailers currently selling them in the UK.

Aside from that some other stuff i'd like to see anti-static gloves, earthing mats, tools, OCZ NIA etc.

It is ST, the website just doesn't generally give me any confidence. I want competitors in the market too, drives prices down . Always nice to know where you're getting your stuff from too. Thanks alot though, might buy from them, unless Scan decides to be all benevolent.

Scan, don't you think it better, if YOU could sell us these things that WE want and will pay hard CASH for?
AND it could push me away from my loyalties to another well known vendor, if I can see how much you listen to your customers.
If I could get all the stuff I needed from the same place and for a decent price, i'd not need to shop around and spend my money away.

I'm definitely interested in one of those type monitors, will be buying in the next 3-4 weeks so if you could get some in it'd be great (save me having to go to aria or buy online).

Re: SCAN2HEXUS : Recommend products to us :)

Ive been looking for a new CPU cooler recently and scan didnt have what I wanted, They dont stock any of the Noctua good-ens, or the tuniq tower, it happens that I brought some other little bits aswell so scan missed another £120 order from me (which i was dissapointed about, having to use another e-tailer)

Apart from that, one of the best, if not the best product range available, keep it up SCAN

    Cheers
