Empty basket

I am going to build a games pc,
that means I am adding lots of items to my basket.
How can I keep my basket from emptying,
as it has done sometimes when I have logged in again?
It is very frustrating to have to keep entering all my items again.
This has happened a number of times.
I have been researching what to buy over the last few weeks.
Please help.

It sounds like you have an issue with your cookie settings, which are required to be enabled.

Please adjust your settings and re-try .. but if all else fails, please ring our sales team who'd be more than happy to assist.

I am set to accept all cookies.
My phoneline is out of action at the moment

Alternatively it may be javascript being disabled... if you can re-enable this if this is the case.

The only other option if your cookies are enabled, is to go into your cookies directory, and delete any scan related ones - and retry ... or to clear all cookies.
