    Any chance of adding Saturday Delivery as a selectable option on the payment page?

    And any chance of it being included in the Free Shipping promo

    It is disabled due to order volume... if you contact sales they may be able to upgrade the order if required.

    Unfortunately no - at least not at the moment. The premium cost also extends to ourselves, and currently the offer applies to standard delivery only.
