    RMA Procedure?

Guys - could you please clarify the RMA procedure for me?

I have had an RMA raised against my MB & CPU (after a few days of fault finding!) and was wondering what the procedure is?

Both items are due for collection today.... what happens now? I assume that you guys test them and make a decision as to whether they are replaced or not - What kind of timeframe am i looking at?

    Cheers

    - the RMA number is: 122438

Would you guys be able to confirm whether this RMA (122438) has been recieved yet? The online tracking system hasn't been updated yet....
