Scan guys,
Just got my first order through today. Very impressed so far (although haven't tested any of it yet !)
One small point I would make is that because I ordered this over the weekend I received no comms through from Scan until first thing Monday morning... I've noticed this seems to be the way it is from other threads here too.
Would it be worth setting up some sort of standard email response from the orders system that at least acknowledeged receipt of the order, even if it had the caveat that no action will be taken on it until the start of the next business day... ???
Just a thought, at one point I was left wondering if my order had indeed gone through or not as I had no record once I'd navigated away from the end of the order process...
Other than that.. another happy camper to add to your list...
