Just got another delayed order email, identical to the first, which has a lead date of teh 28th still, im guessing this was meant to be 4th nov (unless scan have got some from somewhere and are being extra nice with them) WEll annoys me that i live like 2 miles from where it was developed and i dont get a free copy, i should dammit

hey all i ment was that there will be no more delays! as i held the game today, wanted to buy it but the manager wouldnt let me.

Definately monday? I was oretty eager to have this and contemplated cancelling the order when it didnt get sent out friday. You really need to have a word with your games suppliers so you can get things to people either on release date or the day after, if play, amazon etc can al get theirs out on release day you need to as well or you may as well not bother offering preorders.

This is getting beyond a joke now guys, spoke to a girl on the phone today who promised it was getting sent out today, still yet to recieve a dispatch email. Usually im the first to say scans customer service is excellent, but ive repeatedly been told wrong information (first dispatched friday, then today) and im having to do all the legwork. A delayed order email would have been appreciated, as it is the only ones ive had were for the origina release date (which slipped, not your fault) and for the original release date again, 3 or 4 days after it had passed.

Most unimpressed.

right then, spoke to someone on the phone who said purchasing told her friday, but that wasnt a guarantee, so had her just remove the game and send out the rest of the order. I know feel kind of bad though, as ive realised the rest of the order was about a tenner and i have free delivery on it. Any suggestions?
