Hi, I was wondering if it would be possible for you caring guys at Scan to replace my ASUS A8N SLi Deluxe edition chipset fan with the new, working one. I know this is a common problem, and I’ve also heard of you replacing them before, I tried contacting ASUS but its been over a month and I haven’t received anything, nor any confirmation that they have actually sent anything, all I got was an email telling me to fill out the form, and then telling me to forward it to someone else, I did this and heard nothing. I’m fed up of waiting now as the fan has stopped working altogether, and has caused me much hastle. Any help would be much appreciated.

I bought the board from you guys at the end of February, and will supply you with the invoice number on request.
