    Payment with American Express cards

Hello Scan people. I noticed on my last order that my American Express card was declined. I phoned Payments and they told me that there were problems accepting payments with AmEx cards in general. I just quoted a Visa card number over the phone and everything was sorted straight away.

However, I do prefer to use my American Express card where possible and was wondering if the AmEx problem had been resolved?

Yes, this should be sorted now.

I believe this was a side effect of changes to the payment system.

Working in accounts as I do, I can safely say Amex cards are a pain in the a$$ to deal with
