Delivery on a day i cannot be there

Is there any chance I can speak with city link and get my neighbour to sign for it? We live in a block of apartments.

I remember when i had this same problem, unfortunatly from past experience they wouldnt let it happen had to be droppped back at neerest collective post office

I would have though it was possible, I've changed the delivery address with couriers before.
