Order Question

Hi Guys,

I placed an order last night and have received a couple of emails this morning but I am a bit confused. I got one at 9.46 that said “there has been a problem in authorising
your credit card and your payment has been declined” but a bit later I had another one that says “Payment has now been authorised” at 11.40 is this normal? According to the email my order is at stage 2 of 4, cheers
